Wikinomics

Wikinomics is a theory created by Tapscott and williams in 2006.

Their theory follows five big ideas

1. Peering - This is the free sharing of material via the internet

2. Free Creativity - Creative commons offers IP protection

3. Democracy - We Media journalism (everyone can contribute)

4. Thinking Globally - Web 2.0 means you have to think globally to survive

5. The Perfect Storm - Digital natives + technology + economics, makes it hard to resist
